Texture Editor 12 - 32 Bit

Ich wollte mal nachfragen ob vielleicht jemand den Texture Editor 12 in der 32 Bit Version hochladen könnte. Bei Moddingway ist dieser leider nicht downloadbar. Danke im Vorraus.

Problem Gelöst.
Habe es nach langen suchen bei Gamefront gefunden - Danke Trotzdem für die die mitgesucht haben

When I place a new overlay texture in Lot Editor and save the lot it shows a different texture in the game. Example in a parking lot I want a 4 way intersection overlay and when put in the game it shows as a 90 degree curve piece. This is on a Windows 8.1 64 bit system. Anyone can help with this issue?
